考虑制度因素及社会发展的特定阶段,企业的创新动力问题在我国尤其受到关注。在梳理国内外已有研究的基础上,从创新体系的视角,界定了创新动力的概念和特点,企业家是动力体系中的核心和关键,提出了创新动力的理论框架,明晰了动力不同于创新能力、创新实力的逻辑边界,并且按照产品创新、工艺创新、营销创新、管理创新的划分方式区分了创新动力的四种模式,并构建了评价的指标体系。

Considering the institutional factors and the specific stage of social development, the motive force of innovation of enterprises is especially concerned in our country. The paper defines the concept and characteristics of innovation power from the perspective of innovation system. Entrepreneur is the core and key in the dynamic system. We put forward the theoretical framework and discriminate innovation ability and innovation strength, and distinguish the four models of innovation power according to the way of product innovation, process innovation, marketing innovation and management innovation, and construct the evaluation index system.
