校企发明专利维持时间影响因素比较研究

A Comparative Study on the Factors Affecting Maintenance Time of Patents for Invention of Universities and Enterprises

摘要:

以江苏大学与三家企业为研究对象，综合运用描述性统计方法和回归分析方法，选取发明人个数、IPC分类号个数、权利要求数、同族专利数量、引证文献数量、被引文献数量、审查时间等专利指标，多角度量化研究专利维持时间。研究结果表明，校企发明专利维持时间的影响因素存在较大差异，各个因素对发明专利维持时间的影响程度在不同主体之间也呈现出较大差异性。

Abstract:

Taking Jiangsu University and three enterprises as the objects of study, the descriptive statistics method and the regression analysis method are used to select the number of inventors, patents, the same patent family, cited documents, review time and other patent targets, serving for research on patent maintenance time from different perspectives. The results show that there are significant differences in the factors which influence the maintenance time of invention patents between universities and enterprises, and the influence degree of various factors on the maintenance time of invention patents also reveals great diversities among different subjects.
