Abstract:In the process of intellectual capital transformation of Industry-University-Research(I-U-R) collaborative innovation, individual human capital transforms into collaborative-innovation-center’s human capital by role change and knowledge spillover. Transformation of structural capital includes relationship reconstruction between individual and parent organization, and the collaborative-innovation-center’s structural capital creating and optimizing. Transformation of relational capital includes taking advantage of the parent organization to create the indirect relational capital and develop the direct relational capital. In this process, the three dimensions interact on each other and form a collaborative relationship that human capital as the core, structural capital as the basis, and the relational capital as the guarantee.
