摘要:

本文基于SCRUM软件开发模型,增加了用户参与一个内生变量和交流、有用性感知、便易性感知、趣味性感知4个外生变量,构建了SCRUM团队客户参与概念模型。采用专家询问和问卷调查的方法进行检验,结果表明：客户参与对信息系统开发成功率有显著影响,其中,有效交流,有用性感知,趣味性感知是三个关键因素,且为正相关关系。研究结果有利于提高信息系统开发成功率,对基于SCRUM团队客户参与模型在其他领域的应用也有一定的实践参考价值。

Abstract:

Based on the SCRUM software development model, increasing the endogenous variable user participation and effective communication, useful perception,convenient perception , interesting perception of the 4 exogenous variables to build the SCRUM team users involved model,which is used to study the effects of user participation in Information Systems development success rate.Adopt the method of expert inquiry and the questionnaire survey on the model test, the results show that user participation has a critical impact on the success of Information Systems development, among them, the effective communication, useful perception, interesting perception is the three determinants of user participation, and the positive correlation.The research result is helpful to improve the success rate of the products.The model of the SCRUM user participation has a certain practical reference value in other areas.#$NLKeywords: Information Systems Development; success rate of Development; The SCRUM Team; User Participation
