中国城市社会来临背景下智慧城市的建设与发展对策*

摘要:

从城镇人口占总人口比重这一标准来看,我国已进入了以城市文明为主导的城市社会,城市社会的来临为我国城市的持续、建设发展带来了巨大挑战。智慧城市是一种随着新兴信息技术发展及其在城市各领域的广泛深入应用而受到瞩目的新的城市发展模式,它通过在城市各领域实现数字化、智能感知、互联互通、创新应用来推进城市的创新发展与优化提升。在城市社会来临背景下,我国应以智慧城市建设全面促进我国城市发展内涵的提升,切实加强和推进智慧城市发展战略的研究、规划与实施,全面保障智慧城市建设的有效实施。

Abstract:

Considering the proportion of urban population to the total population, China has entered the urban society, which is dominated by urban civilization. The advent of urban society has brought great challenges to the sustainable development of Chinese cities. With the development of new information technology and its extensive application in various fields of the city, Smart City is a new urban development model which attracts attention. The Smart City promotes the Urban Innovation and Optimization by digitalization, intelligent perception, interconnection and innovation application in various fields of the city. In the context of urban society, China should promote the Urban connotation with smart city Practice, and promote the research, planning and implementation of the smart city strategy, to ensure the effective implementation of the smart city initiatives.
