创建地方大学科技园是破解新建本科高校转型发展难题的战略选择。在对新建本科高校创建地方大学科技园进行可行性分析的基础上,提出地方大学科技园的创建应理性定位办园功能,建立现代企业管理制度,结合转型设计运行机制,出台支持引导政策法规,完善创新创业激励机制,营造宽松金融服务环境。

To create local newly-built universities university science park, on the basis of feasibility analysis, put forward the local university science park should create rational positioning function of kindergarten, establish a modern enterprise management system, operation flow, transition planning support guide policy laws and regulations, improve the innovative entrepreneurial incentive mechanism, create favorable conditions for easing the financial services.
