将SBM模型、超效率DEA模型、共同前沿函数法以及DEA视窗分析模型进行融合,构建了我国区域绿色创新效率评价的组合DEA模型,并对我国30个省级区域绿色创新效率进行实证评价,在对评价结果进行纵横分析的基础上,采用空间计量模型分析其绝对β收敛性。研究结果表明:从横向看,无论是MEGIE还是GEGIE均存在明显的地域差异性,呈现从东部、中部到西部由高到低的阶梯式发展格局,而且大部分地区绿色创新效率水平较低;从纵向看,东部、中部和西部MEGIE和GEGIE均呈现不同程度的上升趋势,但我国三大区域内部具有不同的分异特征;我国区域绿色创新效率的空间相关性主要表现为误差项之间的交互效应,进一步的绝对β 收敛分析发现,我国区域MEGIE和GEGIE都存在显著的收敛特征,而且在我国三大区域内部均存在着俱乐部趋同。

The SBM model, super efficiency DEA model, meta-frontier function method and DEA window model are combined to construct the combinatorial DEA model and regional green innovation efficiency of China"s 30 provinces domain is evaluated. On the basis of the evaluation results are analyzed from the vertical and horizontal view, the spatial econometric model is used to analyze its absolute β convergence. Research results show that: from the horizontal view, both MEGIE and GEGIE are obvious regional differences and show a gradient development pattern during the eastern, central and west from high to low and the majority of provincial regional green innovation efficiency is low. From longitudinal view, the MEGIE and GEGIE of eastern, central and western present different degree rising trend, but China"s three major regional internal present different differentiation characteristics; The spatial correlation of our country regional green innovation efficiency is the error term interaction effect. The further analysis shows that the absolute β convergence of China"s regional MEGIE and GEGIE has significant convergence characteristics and the three regions in our country are club convergence.
