服务外包产业集群创新能力量化评价研究

摘要:

本文通过对服务外包产业集群创新能力影响因素的分析,针对基本影响要素定量研究的难点,运用BP神经网络算法构建服务外包产业集群创新能力评价模型。以我国17个城市的服务外包产业集群创新能力评价分析为实证案例,有效说明了基于BP神经网络算法的服务外包产业集群创新能力评价模型应用步骤和评价效果,提出了提升创新能力的主要路径。

Abstract:

Service outgoing industry cluster innovation ability influential factors are analyzed in the paper, Aiming at the difficulty of quantitative study of basic influential factors,Service outgoing industry cluster innovation ability evaluation model is constructed by BP neural network algorithm. the service outsourcing industry innovation ability evaluation analysis of China 17 city as an example,Effectively illustrate application process model and the evaluation of effective about service outsourcing industry cluster innovation ability evaluation model based on BP neural network algorithm,and the main paths of innovation ability improvement are presented.
