基于火炬统计的广东高新技术企业发展研究

Research on the development of Guangdong High-tech Enterprisesbased on Torch Statistics

摘要:

在广东,创新已经成为全社会的共识,而以知识密集、技术密集、资本密集为特色的高新技术企业(以下简称“高企”)正是综合反映企业创新水平的标杆,是全省实施创新驱动发展战略的“牛鼻子”。本研究以2010-2015年国家火炬统计数据为基础,从经济、产业、科技等方面对“十二五”期间全省一万多家高企的发展特征进行分析,发现存在问题,并提出具有针对性的对策建议,供有关部门决策参考。

Abstract:

In Guangdong, innovation has become the consensus of the whole society. High-tech Enterprises, with the characteristics of knowledge-intensive, technology-intensive, capital-intensive, is the benchmark for enterprise innovation, also the key to the implementation of innovation driven development strategy. This research is based on 2010-2015 National Torch Statistic data, from the aspects of economy, industry, science and technology to analysis the development characteristics of High-tech Enterprises, found problems in the process of its development, put forward some pertinent countermeasures and suggestions for the relevant departments decision-making reference.
