创新能力对企业经营绩效影响的实证分析——基于我国家电行业上市公司的经验数据

An Empirical Analysis of Impact of Innovation Ability on Business Performance——Based on the Empirical Data of China's Listed Companies in Home Appliance Industry

摘要:

选取我国家电行业17家上市企业2011-2015年间的经验数据为样本，采用全局主成分分析方法构建创新能力综合评价指标，并运用面板数据模型对该指标与企业绩效的相关关系进行实证分析。结果显示企业创新能力与经营绩效具有正相关关系，管理者应该充分重视创新能力对企业绩效的影响作用，构建完善的创新能力体系，从而提升企业绩效。

Abstract:

This paper selects the empirical data of 17 listed companies in China's Home Appliance Industry from 2011 to 2015 as study samples. We build a comprehensive evaluation index of innovation ability by means of generalized principal component analysis,and conduct an empirical analysis of the relationship between the index and business performance using panel data model. The results suggest that there is a positive correlation between innovation ability and business performance.So managers should pay more attention to the impact of innovation ability on business performance,and construct perfect innovation ability system to improve business performance.
