摘要:

在总结知识发现规律及现有技术机会分析方法基础上，提出基于多维空间专利地图的技术机会分析方法，并 对多个创新维度的定义进行阐述。同时，以手机供电系统为例，检索1997—2016 年的相关专利作为数据来源，从 多个维度提取有效专利进行聚类总结，构建手机供电系统的多维空间专利地图，结合总体态势分析、技术关联度分 析，找出该领域的技术密集区、稀疏区和空白区，识别出可能存在的技术机会。最后，对研究结果进行分析与总结， 为企业相关生产活动提供科学决策的理论支撑。

Abstract:

Technology opportunities are vital for the success of technology innovation, only enterprises with strong ability to identify technology opportunities can constantly enhance their own innovation and competitiveness. This paper puts forward a method of technology opportunity analysis, based on the law of knowledge discovery and the existing methods of technology opportunities analysis. And the definitions of multiple dimensions of innovation are also elaborated. This paper takes the mobile phone power supply system as an example, and builds up a multidimensional space patent map based on the valid patents from 1997 to 2016. Combined with the overall situation analysis, technology correlation analysis, we can find out technology intensive areas, technology sparse areas and technology gaps, so as to identify possible technology opportunities. Finally, we analyze and summarize the results of the research, and provide theoretical support for scientific decision-making.
