Abstract:Aiming at the situation that secure system development (SSD) innovation exists "gap of digestion" in IT organization, from the view of organizational behavior management, we analyzed employees' psychological activities and behavior in the process of SSD innovation digestion through empirical study. We constructed a model of the relationship between job factors, intrinsic motivation and SSD innovation digestion, explained which psychological factor would affect SSD innovation digestion, analyzed and demonstrated the intermediary effect of intrinsic motivation on the relationship between job factors and SSD innovation digestion, then we obtained the impact mechanism of SSD innovation digestion. The results show that employee's self-realization need, curiosity and other psychological factors can promote the digestion of SSD innovation; intrinsic motivation play an intermediary role between job factors and SSD innovation digestion, job characteristics, rewards and other factors will stimulate employees' intrinsic motivation, then promote the digestion and absorption of SSD innovation in IT enterprises.
