Abstract:

Science fund system Is a strategic move by which a country is in order to effectively promote the development of science. The paper respectively discusses historical evolution process of the national nature science foundation of China (NSFC) system, which mainly traces the evolution of system innovation of the application system, review system and retrial system, etc. In addition, the system innovation of scientific fund has a profound cultural connotation, which creates the unique cultural system, forms the cultural heritage, and promotes the spread of culture. It has become an important driving force of construction and inheritance of scientific culture.
