通过引入创业学习变量,形成以人格特质、创业学习和创业意愿为核心的分析框架,基于大学生实证调查数据,采用相关分析和多元回归等方法进行研究,结果表明:创新性、冒险性和主动性对创业学习与创业意愿具有显著正向影响;探索式学习和利用式学习对创业意愿具有显著正向作用;创业学习在对创新性和创业意愿之间起完全中介作用,在对冒险性和主动性与创业意愿之间起部分中介作用。

Through the introduction of entrepreneurial learning variables, it forms an analysis framework based on personality traits, entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial intention. According to the empirical survey data of college students, this research uses the correlation analysis and multiple regression to carry out. The result shows that:innovation, risk-taking and initiative have significant positive effects on entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial intention; exploratory learning and exploitative learning have significant positive effects on entrepreneurial intention; entrepreneurial learning plays a complete mediating role between innovation and entrepreneurial intention, and plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between risk-taking, initiative and entrepreneurial intention.
