Abstract:With the development of science and technology, in the form of the science and technology innovation team for research and work has become an inherent requirement under production conditions. In this paper, based on the M company science and technology innovation team case as an example, with game model of team members work in own benefit calculation results as the foundation, by adjusting the amount of bonus distribution between team members, choose conflict strategy penalties and appropriate compensation measures, make the team members in the process of work, gradually produce constructive conflict, to keep team members in the working process of the active cooperation, and for the science and technology innovation team managers to provide a quantifiable way of team management.
