Abstract:Large scientific project promotes the development of national’s scientific and technological innovation, and its development is the fundamental way for a country to improve its international competitiveness. Since our country is trying to carry out a series of large scientific engineering projects, this paper uses the PEST method to analyze the similarities and the differences of the large science project’s management environment between China and the United States, and we analyze how to learn from America"s advanced management experience based on the current situation and the existing common problems of China"s large scientific project from the political system aspect, market maturity aspect, technological level aspect, consulting evaluation aspect and other aspects, then put forward a few suggestions for the applicability.
