Abstract:This paper combines the theories of e-commerce and industrial clusters, puts forward an evolution path model that describes how the county e-commerce promotes the traditional industrial clusters' upgrading in their different developing stages basing. According to three classical cases of different stages, the feather industry in Guangshan County, Henan Province, the tea industry in Jinzhai County, Anhui Province and the cashmere industry in Qinghe County, HebeiProvince, we summed up in the process of guiding the development of county e-commerce, the governments’ corresponding measures. We compared and analyzed the characteristics of the three counties' industries, the three governments' measures and the development state of their e-commerce, which made the model examined. This study is of great significance to the theoretical research and industry practice of county traditional industrial clusters’ upgrading.
