战略性新兴产业是实现创新发展的内在需求,正成为我国创新产出的新引擎。本文通过运用空间计量经济模型分析江苏省各地区2012-2015年战略性新兴产业发展需求对专利产出的拉动作用,研究表明江苏省各地区战略性新兴产业专利产出显著提高,空间集聚性较强,而战略性新兴产业的发展需求对专利产出的拉动作用具有时间衰退性。由鉴于此,为促进江苏省战略性新兴产业的创新发展,各地区应提高产业创新知识共享能力、加强各地区产业集聚水平以及延长战略性新产业链。

Strategic emerging industries is the inherent demand for innovation and development,is becoming a new engine of China"s innovation output.In this paper,researching strategic emerging industry demand for the development of the impetus effect of patent output in Jiangsu Province during 2012 to 2015 through the use of the spatial econometric model. The results showed that the level of patent output of strategic emerging industries in Jiangsu Province was obviously improved and the concentration of space was strong. The demand of strategic emerging industries had a time-lag effect on the impetus effect of patent output. On this basis, we should improve the innovative knowledge sharing capability to strengthen the regional agglomeration level and extend the strategic emerging industry chain on strategic emerging industries, so as to promote the innovation and development of strategic emerging industries in Jiangsu Province.
