为解决能源危机与环境问题,提高能效利用率,简述了能源发展的发展现状及最新的能源技术。文中基于此提出了能效聚合体的理念,并设计了聚合体形成的结构,分析了其应用在新型城镇及工业区的存在的优势,为管理能效聚合体的主体单元,规划设计能效聚合体的用电信息反馈系统,并以S省S县为例,设计了S县能效聚合体的框架,通过研究S县Q企业月用电量分析了进行能效聚合潜在的社会经济效益。

In order to resolve energy crisis and environmental problems,how to improve the efficiency resource utilization has been widely concerned.The present energy situation and new energy technologies are discussed.Based this,the concept of energy integration body(EIB) is proposed.The structure of EIB is designed and The advantages of the application of EIB in the new town and industrial area are described.The electrical information feedback system is designed.After the EIB of S County is projected ,by analyzing the power constitution of Q enterprise,potential social and economic benefits are enormous.
