以延华集团承担的上海市战略性新兴产业重点项目管理实践为基础,总结信息技术产业重大项目的特点及存在的挑战,在现有科研管理体系基础上,创新项目组织架构,优化推进协调机制,加强协同创新管理,形成技术进步与管理创新的良性运行机制,有效推动信息技术产业重大科研项目进展,在项目顺利实施的基础上,快速对接市场实现成果转化,服务于企业和产业发展。

Characteristics and challenges of mega projects in information technology industry are summarized based on practice of Shanghai strategic emerging industry project undertaken by Yanhua Group. On the basis of existed scientific research management system, the organization structure and coordination mechanism were optimized, and the collaborative innovation management was strengthened, thus forming a good operational mechanism for promoting technological progress and management innovation. This system is conducive to implementation of projects, and could help transformation to products, serve enterprises better and boost the development of industry.
