基于资源基础理论,本研究构建了原始性创新、管理创新、企业财务绩效以及制度支持之间的研究框架,探讨了企业如何充分利用管理创新和制度支持,在原始性创新中获利。来自303套双份调研问卷的实证分析支持了文中假设,分析显示：原始性创新通过刺激管理创新的展开,从而间接作用于财务绩效的提升；管理创新是原始性创新和财务绩效之间的完全中介；且原始性创新和管理创新之间的关系受到制度支持的正向调节。

Abstract:

This research, built on resource based theory, introduces an integrated framework about original innovation, management innovation, financial performance, and institutional support; and examines how firms use management innovation and institutional support to profit from original innovation. Empirical research from 303 paired Chinese enterprises indicates that original innovation enhances financial performance indirectly through the mediating mechanism of management innovation, management innovation is a full mediator between original innovation and financial performance, and the relationship between original innovation and management innovation is positively moderated by institutional support.
