Abstract:Emission trading is an innovative emission reduction policy which has been concerned by various countries. The production optimization problem considering emissions trading is described as a decision problem under the condition of risk or uncertainty. As the emissions-dependent production enterprises are faced with greater uncertainty in product demand, this paper studies the production decision-making of emissions trading enterprises facing the uncertainty of product demand. First, under the condition of determining production technology, the enterprise income function is established according to the uncertainty of product demand, and building businesses based on Minimax regret criterion produce robust models for decision-making, solving the relatively robust decision making. Finally, the application of this model is illustrated by numerical analysis, which can provide some advice and guidance for decision-makers to deal with uncertain decision-making in the production process, and further improve the enterprise's ability to adapt to the emission trading system.
