一种区域大数据产业发展战略形成方法及实例研究

A Forming Method for Development Strategy of Regional Big Data Industry and Its Case Study

摘要:

国内外都重视大数据产业的发展,区域的大数据产业发展战略是区域发展这个产业要解决的关键问题。提出了一种区域大数据产业发展战略的形成方法,该方法分为大数据产业属性分析、大数据产业战略基础分析、大数据产业战略定位分析3个分析步骤。提出了大数据产业的业态构成、产业特性。在大数据产业战略基础分析、大数据产业战略定位分析2个步骤中以湖南大数据产业的发展战略为例作了实例研究,提出了湖南大数据产业的发展目标、发展原则、产业布局,进一步向湖南省政府提出了工作建议来体现研究成果的应用价值,可供国内其它省市形成区域大数据产业发展战略借鉴。

Abstract:

Big data industry is attached importance at homeSandSabroad. The development strategy for regional big data industry is the key issue. A forming method for development strategy of regional big data industry is put forward. The forming method is divided into three analysis steps including attribute analysis for big data industry, strategic base analysis for big data industry, and strategic positioning analysis for big data industry. The industrial structure and industrial characteristics of big data industry are put forward. In the steps including strategic base analysis and strategic positioning analysis, this paper studies the development strategy for big data industry of Hunan province as a case, puts forward the development target, development principle and industrial layout. To the government of Hunan province, some suggestions to reflect the values of the researchSachievements are put forward. The forming method may be referred for forming the development strategy of regional big data industry of other provinces.
