为了探究知识产权保护强度与企业创新能力之间的关系,本文运用2007-2014年制造业企业A股上市公司的非平衡面板数据,引入行业生命周期的概念,基于动态演化视角分析处于不同行业生命周期阶段的企业,其知识产权保护对组织创新能力的影响是否存在差异。本文的研究结论证明：处于成长期和成熟期的企业其知识产权保护强度与企业创新能力之间呈现“倒U”关系,并且两个时期的最优知识产权保护的强度存在差异；衰退期的企业其知识产权保护强度与企业创新之间是负相关的关系。本文建议：在制定和实施知识产权保护制度时,应当基于行业角度分析,考虑行业生命周期的阶段差异给企业创新带来不同的影响,有针对性地采取差异性的知识产权保护强度。
