Analyzing the trends of China’s overseas patent application, technology layout of patents, major patent assignees, major basic patent country to demonstrate China’s state-of-the-art and power in some related field, and at the meantime, to provide reference in overseas expansion for those multinationals. The result shows that the number of patents rose sharply after 2010.
