在“大众创业、万众创新”的时代背景下，专利创业更适应这一时代背景要求，尤其随着地球村经济的发展，知识产权重要性越来越凸显，专利创业将是日后创业的新方向。然而，到底什么是专利创业，专利创业有哪些可行模式？都有待于进行深入探讨和实践。本文在明确专利创业基本概念基础上，区别专利创业与一般技术创业不同之处。从剖析案例出发，将专利创业模式划分为两大类型三种模式，对三种模式的含义以及适用条件分别阐述。最后就如何有效实施专利创业展开论述。

Abstract:

In the time background of everyone entrepreneurship and everyone innovation, patent entrepreneurship is more suited to this era background requirements. With the development of the global village economy, the importance of intellectual property is becoming more and more prominent. Patent entrepreneurship will be a new direction for future entrepreneurship. However, in the end what is the patent business, patent viable what feasible model? Have to be in-depth discussion and practice. On the basis of clarifying basic concept of patent entrepreneurship, the article distinguishes the differences between patent and ordinary technology entrepreneurship. Starting from the case, the patent business model is divided into two types of three models. The meaning of the three models, as well as the application of conditions were elaborated. Finally, how to effectively implement the patent business start discussion.
