[目的/意义] 研究诺贝尔科学奖获奖者的学术影响力与年龄的变化关系,为探索杰出人才的成长规律提供参考。[方法/过程]用非平衡面板数据分析方法对1900-2005年英美籍诺贝尔科学奖获奖者的学术影响力与年龄之间的关系进行了分析。[结果/结论]纠正了已有类似研究中数据处理和数据分析方法的不足,得出了诺贝尔科学奖获奖者的学术影响力与年龄变化曲线是单峰曲线,以及分析了诺贝尔科学奖获奖者的学术影响力-年龄曲线的启示。

[purpose/significance] This paper studied the relationship between academic impact of Nobel Laureates in natural science and age, in order to discover the law of talent growth. [Method/process] The relationship between the academic impact and the age of the winners of the Nobel prize in Physics, Chemistry, Physiology or Medicine which won Nobel prize in 1900-2005, was analyzed using the unbalanced panel data. [Result/Conclusion]This paper corrected data processing and the data analysis method in the existing research. The academic impact-age curve of the winners were cubic curve. The inspiration of the curve was also analyzed.
