Abstract:The rise and rapid development of the Internet provide a good opportunity for enterprises to effectively acquire and integrate internal、external knowledge resources and create new knowledge continuously. Based on the "Internet plus" context, this paper analyses new characteristics of the subject, object and environment factors of enterprise knowledge creation; It also puts forward four Internet driving factors that facilitate knowledge dissemination and knowledge creation: network openness, virtual network, multi-agent participation, customized solution. Understanding and grasping these features as well as driving factors help enterprise mining the elements of value creation of the Internet. Finally, from the perspective of knowledge,this paper propose that enterprise should pay attention to developing Internet thinking、promoting internet ability、strengthening Internet technology. Also the enterprise should grasp the "Internet plus" opportunities and create new knowledge to rapidly response to the changing environment.
