新型研发机构作为一种新业态,具有独特的发展模式和运作机制,形成了区别于传统研究院所的核心竞争力。从新型研发机构竞争力本源出发,建立新型研发机构核心竞争力二元结构模型,分析形成竞争力的机理。认为新型研发机构核心竞争力表现在技术能力、管理能力、资源能力、创新能力四个方面,以这四种能力为基础,驱动着核心竞争力的形成。

As a new format, New R & D institutions always have unique development model, operational mechanism and core competitiveness which is different from the traditional research institutions. Based on the origin of new R & D institutions’ competitiveness, a new dual structure model of core competitiveness of R & D institutions is established, and the forming mechanism of the competitiveness is analyzed. The core competencies of the new R & D institutions are shown in four aspects: technical ability, management ability, resource ability and innovative ability, which drives the formation of core competence.
