本文以2006年至2015年期间广东省颁布的77项人才政策为研究样本,从“政策年度”、“政策类型”、“颁布主体”和“文种类型”四方面,对广东近十年省人才政策进行统计分析,系统阐述2006年至2015年期间广东人才政策的类型分布、主要特点及存在问题,并提出若干对策建议,为下一阶段广东人才政策的制定提供方向和建议。
