网络关系能力对新创企业绩效的影响

摘要:

结合新创企业面临的资源约束问题,以650份调研问卷为对象,实证分析了网络关系能力中的网络愿景能力、网络构建能力、网络运作能力与网络占位能力、关系终止能力等五个维度影响创业资源,并进而影响新创企业绩效的假设,结果表明,创业资源对新创企业绩效整体具有正相关关系,而网络关系能力5个维度对创业资源的影响有差异,网络环境下网络关系能力对提升新创企业绩效的起着积极作用。最后,对研究结果进行了分析,并阐明了下一步研究的方向。

Abstract:

According to the resource constraint problem facing the new venture, based on the survey questionnaires of 650 samples, the empirical analysis of the relationship between network capacity in network visioning capability, network building capacity, network operation capability,relationship termination capacity five dimensions influence entrepreneurial resources, and thus affect the performance of newventures hypothesis, results show that there was a positive correlation between the entrepreneurial resources, the overall impact on the performance of new venture, the 5 dimensions of relationship network on entrepreneurial resources have difference, under the network environment, network relationship capability to enhance the performance of new ventures play an active role. Finally, the research results are analyzed and the direction of the next research is expounded.
