同行评议作为一种重要的科技评价方法,目前广泛作为配置科研资源和鉴定科研成果的决策基础。本文从专家业务能力和评审信誉两个方面构建了同行评议专家信誉评价体系,建立评价指标度量,利用层次分析法和熵权法提高评价结果的有效性,并进行了实证研究,对科学合理可操性的专家信誉评价体系进行了探索。

As an important technology evaluation method,Peer review is used widely as a basis for the allocation of scientific research resources and identification of scientific research results.This article constructs credit evaluation system for peer reviewers from two dimensions of business reputation and reputation evaluation,establishes evaluation indices measurement,uses AHP and entropy weight method to improve the validity of evaluation results,and an empirical study is conducted,the research on scientific, reasonable and feasible reputation evaluation system for peer reviewers is explored.
