生态文明导向下区域绿色发展研究——以浙江省为例

Research on regional green development under the guidance of Ecological Civilization -- Taking Zhejiang as an example

摘要:

绿色发展是经济增长、生态保护与社会福祉的和谐发展,只有坚持绿色发展,才是中国经济的可持续发展之路。在回顾了国内外绿色发展研究现状的基础上,阐述了中国绿色发展的概况,然后以浙江省为研究对象,构建灰熵评价模型,评估了2011-2015年浙江省的绿色发展水平。结果表明：浙江省近5年绿色发展水平逐年提高,2013年之前,环境是推动绿色发展的主要因素,2013年之后经济发展是推动绿色发展的主要因素。最后指出区域绿色发展不仅需要坚持生态文明为导向,完善法律法规,增加投入推动科技创新,加强宣传教育,还要发挥地方特色和地方优势。

Abstract:

Green development is the harmonious development of economic growth, ecological protection and social welfare. Only adhering to the green development, can China"s economy maintain sustainable development. Based on reviewing the research on green development status in our country and abroad, this paper expounds the general situation of green development in China, then taking Zhejiang Province as the research object, construct the grey entropy evaluation model, evaluate the green development level of Zhejiang Province in 2011-2015 .The results show that: in recent 5 years, the level of green development in Zhejiang has increased year by year. Before 2013, the environment is the main factor to promote green development. After 2013, economic development is the main factor to promote green development. Finally pointed out that the regional green development not only need to adhere to the ecological civilization oriented, improve laws and regulations, increase investment to promote scientific and technological innovation, strengthen publicity and education, but also to play local advantages and local characteristics.
