PPP项目初始信任是保障项目顺利实施的重要基础,已有研究主要从项目公司层面研究初始信任建立过程,而较少考虑项目参与者个体层面的影响效应。为此,修正了已有的PPP项目初始信任结构模型,构建了人口特征视角下PPP项目初始信任影响因素结构模型,重新对PPP项目的初始信任维度进行了分析。结果表明,PPP项目的初始信任可由能力型信任、诚实型信任和情感型信任三个维度来测量,PPP项目初始信任的影响因素除财务状况、管理能力、技术能力、公司声誉外,公司高管的人口特征也具有重要影响。

Abstract:

The initial trust in ppp projects is an important foundation to guarantee the smooth implementation of the project. The existing research mainly studies initial trust establishment process from the the aspect of project company ,while less consideration is given to the individual impact of the project participants. Therefore, the exsiting trust structure model of PPP project has been revised, and the structural model of initial trust influence factor of PPP project has been constructed from the perspective of population characteristics, and the initial trust dimension of PPP project has been reanalyzed. The results show that initial trust in ppp projects can be measured in three dimensions: competence—based trust, integrity—based trust and affect—based trust; In addition to financial capability, management ability, technical ability, power input and social reputation, the demographic characteristics of corporate executives also has an important impact.
