Research on Planning and Control of the Construction Production Based on VisiLean in the Mode of Integrated Project Delivery

摘要:

为了完善IPD模式实践应用的操作系统,本文引入集成精益建造与BIM技术的施工生产管理系统VisiLean,构建了IPD模式下基于VisiLean的施工生产计划与控制系统的基本框架,并对系统框架下的操作流程进行了详细的阐述,该体系可以有效提高施工生产计划的可靠性、维护生产流的稳定性,对于IPD模式下建造流程的持续改进具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:

In order to improve the operating system of IPD, this paper introduces a production management system of construction called VisiLean which provides integration between lean construction and BIM. The basic framework of the system for production planning and control in the mode of IPD is built based on VisiLean, and then the corresponding operation flow is elaborated. The system can effectively improve the reliability of the production plan and maintain the stability of the production flow, which can guide the continuous improvement of the construction process in the mode of IPD.
