Abstract:Aiming at the complicated and fuzzy relation in the risk assessment process of intellectual property venture capital project, an approach for the solution of a intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute group decision-making problem is proposed. First and foremost, with the aid of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, a method of linguistic variable and quantitative index value converting formula are improved. Thereupon all original evaluation values provided by experts be standardized. And then, the new method of entropy measurement is used to consider weights of indices, moreover the degree of understanding of the project by experts is used to measure the decision-making power. Further, the method of technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution be introduced into group evaluation. Last but not least, the approach proposed in this paper is proved to be feasible and practical through a numerical example, and it can be used to obtain a reliable assessment result. Accordingly it is conducive to venture investors to select the project accurately.
