Using One-way ANOVA to Analyze the Diversity Characteristics of Project Complexity for Complex Construction Projects

摘要:

通过245份复杂建设项目的问卷调查，基于单因素方差分析法探索受访者特征如性别、年龄、教育背景、工作年限、项目职位以及项目特征如项目类型、单位角色、参与阶段、项目投资、项目工期在复杂建设项目的复杂性各维度的差异性特征，从而为项目管理者的针对性管理措施提供实证依据。

Abstract:

Through 245 questionnaire of complex construction projects, one-way ANOVA was adopted to analyze the diversity characteristics of each dimension of project complexity from different participant's characteristics such as gender, age, education background, working years, project position and project characteristics encompassing project type, unit role, participation stage, project investment and project time limit for a project. These results could provide guideline for understanding the complexity characteristics and specific management measures of complex construction projects.
