基于组合赋权-Topsis模型的军工企业装备维修能力评价研究

摘要:

军工企业的装备维修能力直接影响到军工企业的整体效益。首先，借鉴已有装备维修保障能力指标体系研究的基础上，尝试构建出军工企业装备维修保障能力评价指标体系，然后深入分析评价指标赋权的特殊意义，提出了Delphi-AHP法和熵权法相集成的主客观组合赋权法，继而将组合赋权-TOPSIS评价模型应用于军工企业装备维修保障能力评价中，并用案例验证整个评价指标体系和评价方法的科学性与有效性。

Abstract:

The equipment maintenance ability of military enterprises directly affects the overall efficiency of military enterprises. Firstly, based on existing equipment maintenance support capability index system, try to construct the evaluation index system of military enterprise equipment maintenance support capability, then analysis the special significance of evaluation index weight, put forward Delphi-AHP method and Entropy method. The integration of subjective and objective combination weighting method, and the application of combination weighting -TOPSIS evaluation model in military enterprise equipment maintenance support capability assessment, and use a case to verify the evaluation index system and evaluation method is scientific and effective .
