社会责任创新是指企业以社会问题为导向,通过企业的产品产出创新性的解决社会问题,又称为企业的社会创新。研究表明,社会责任创新已经成为企业获得差异化竞争优势的重要方式。社会责任的理念已经从产品理念、战略性社会责任理念向社会责任战略理念转变。文章从领域创新、资源和工具创新、传播方式、评价方式创新阐述社会责任创新的认知框架,从产品末端转向整个供应链,社会责任信息披露内容和定量描述是社会责任创新的领域。社会责任产品开发、社会公益投资、员工全面发展、环境保护、社会服务作为履责的资源和工具。大众传播,企业年度报告和社会责任报告,企业内刊分类传播企业社会责任。通过商业维度、社会维度、政治维度和投入产出比衡量社会责任创新效果。使企业在借助“创新、创业”的政策背景下,既能获得经济利润,又能助推社会进步。

The innovation of social responsibility refers to the enterprises solve the social problems by the product innovation, which is also called the corporate social innovation. The research shows that the innovation of social responsibility has become an important way for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. The concept of social responsibility has changed from the concept of products, strategic social responsibility to the concept of social responsibility strategy. This article shows the enterprise social responsibility innovation cognitive frame from the field, the resources and the tool, the dissemination way, the effect appraisal. From the end of the product to the whole supply chain, the social responsibility information disclosure content and quantitative description is the field, the resources and tools of social responsibility innovation investment are. The responsible products development, social welfare investment, staff development, environmental protection, social service is the resources and tools. Through the mass media, corporate annual report, social responsibility report and spread the social responsibility. Commercial dimension, social dimension, political dimension and compared input and output ratio evaluate the effect.
