专利质量对企业绩效的作用关系研究——以创业板上市公司为例

随着我国知识产权战略的深入实施,我国企业的发明专利数量取得了突破性的进步,并开始进入重视专利质量的新阶段,企业专利质量的评价已成为研究热点。本文从企业绩效入手,探究专利质量评价指标与经济绩效之间的关系,在此基础上,甄选出能够衡量企业专利经济价值的评价指标。研究得出：公司发明专利近3年被引次数指标对企业绩效有显著的促进作用,维持年限长的专利对企业绩效的促进作用不显著；由于技术溢出效应的存在,公司发明专利平均被引次数与企业绩效负相关。
