知识共享是异地分布式敏捷软件开发团队提升团队工作质量的关键。知识共享和人与人之间传染病的传播模式非常相似,主要是通过人与人之间的直接沟通实现的。基于系统动力学视角,构建了异地分布式敏捷软件开发团队知识共享的传染病动力学SIS模型,进行了模型分析和数值仿真。从理论型定量研究的角度,给出了实现异地分布式敏捷软件开发团队成员与客户团队成员间知识共享与否的阈值,说明沟通可以促进异地分布式敏捷软件开发团队成员和客户团队间的知识共享,但沟通不合理则会起到抑制作用。

Knowledge sharing is the key to improving the quality of team work in distributed agile software development teams. Knowledge sharing and the spread of infectious diseases between people is very similar to the pattern, mainly through direct communication between people to achieve. Based on the system dynamics, the SIS model of knowledge sharing in the distributed agile software development team is constructed, and the model analysis and numerical simulation are carried out. From the perspective of theoretical quantitative research, the threshold of knowledge sharing between the members of the distributed agile software development team and the members of the customer team is given, which indicates that the communication can promote the knowledge between the members of the distributed agile software development team and the customer team Sharing, but the communication is unreasonable will play a inhibitory effect.
