供给侧结构性改革背景下区域物流发展格局演变的探索性研究

摘要：“十三五”开局之年是物流业加强供给侧结构性改革的关键之年。作为我国物流系统的主要子系统之一，江苏区域物流近年来发展较快，其苏中、苏北物流发展水平已经超过全国平均水平，但仍然面临着增速放缓，结构性矛盾突出的挑战，特别是三大区域发展格局存在着较大差异。而供给侧结构性改革应结合各省市和地区的不同情况，因地制宜，不能“一哄而上”更不能“一刀切”，要做好顶层设计。本文选取江苏省2006年—2015年13市物流发展的官方、行业、物流企业层面发布的大样本翔实数据，打破原有的意识格局，借助SPSS统计软件，运用因子综合得分排序的方法，对江苏区域物流发展分布格局重新划分，校准坐标、扭住关键，为以后的相关研究提供新的视角和依据，对推进物流供给侧结构性改革具有重要的意义。

Abstract：There?is?an?essential?year?for?logistics?industry?to?strengthen?structural? reform?in?the supply?side at?the?beginning?of?the?thirteen?five-year?plan.?As?one?of? the?major?subsystems?of?Chinese?logistics?industry.?The?regional?logistics?of?Jiangsu? develop?rapidly?in?recent?years,?the?development?level?of?logistics?has?exceeded?the ?national?average?at?the?northern?and?central?region?of?Jiangsu.But?still?faced?with?the? problem?of?slowdown?in?growth?and?the?contradictions?of?structural?problems,? especially?there?is?a?big?difference?which?in?the?development?pattern?of?the?three? major?regional.?The?structural?reform?of?Supply?side?should?be?combined?with?the? various?circumstances?in?different?regions.?We?can’t?“Homogenization”?and?“Across? the?board”.This?article?breaks?the?original?consciousness?pattern,?chooses?the?large? sample?accurate?data?which?related?to?the?official,?the?profession,?the?logistics? enterprise?level?which?the?city?logistics?development?in?2006?-?2015?of?the?13?city.? This?article?used?the?method?of?factor?comprehensive?ranking?to?re-divided?the? distribution?pattern?of?Jiangsu?regional?logistics?by?using?SPSS?software?which? provides?a?new?perspective?and?basis?for?the?future?research.?It?is?of?great? significance?to?promote?the?structural?reform?of?logistics?supply?side.
