Abstract:In order to realize the optimization strategy of the risk sharing mechanism of energy saving project construction exploration, starting from the three research paradigms of general project risk sharing optimization strategy, the path dependence and the utility deviation dilemma of traditional optimization measures which using in the building energy saving project is put forward, and with the analysis of the basic characteristics of energy saving project, put forward the risk management ideas of collaborative optimization. In this base, the relationship and the function for project risk sharing optimization path is analyzed, the risk sharing collaborative optimization framework of building energy-saving reconstruction project is constructed, and from the optimal path selection of balance, the framework implementation of organizational embedding and dynamic feedback in three aspects pointed out that the key problem in the framework of the implementation of collaborative optimization of risk sharing.
