国家创新系统研究综述与展望

Research Review and Prospect on National Innovation Syetem

摘要:

选取国家创新系统为研究对象,综述其研究进展,提出研究展望,以期为中国国家创新系统建设提供科学依据。通过回顾国家创新系统的研究发现：创新系统方法更加多元化,但“国家”边界依然重要；研究内容不断深化；研究区域得到拓展；国家创新系统国际化是当前重要的研究主题。通过对现有研究成果的回顾,提出未来国家创新系统研究要重视基础理论研究和多学科综合研究,加强对国际化尤其是与全球价值链的关联研究和创新系统整合的研究。

Abstract:

This paper selects NIS as the research object, reviews and studies researchs on NIS in order to provide a scientific basis for the construction of China’s innovation system. The findings include: first, innovation system approachs are more diversified, but the “national” boundary of innovation system is still significant. second, the topics and contents of this field witness a sustained expansion and evolvement. Moreover, its research area is turning from OECD country to less development country. We argue that the research of internationalization of NIS is a key direction. we suggest that the future study of NIS should further explore new theories as well as interdisciplinary approaches. It is also important to study of internationalization of NIS, in particular combining the Global Value Chain and the Innovation System perspectives, and develop the multi-level framework to integrate various innovation system.
