科研众包创新平台是一种通过互联网搭建的专注于“科研”的众包平台,国内科研众包平台仍处于初期阶段,因此,从具体类别的科研众包平台的运作机制入手,汲取平台持续运作的经验具有重要意义。本文深入调研科研资金众包、科研创意众包两大类平台,以调研数据为基础从多个具体层面研究平台的运作机制,分类讨论平台运作的问题,最后归纳科研众包创新平台可持续发展的经验,为我国科研众包平台建设的具体实践提供参考。

Research crowdsourcing innovative platform is a crowdsourcing platform focusing on the “scientific research” through Internet. This platform in China is still in the initial stage. Thus, it is meaningful to learn from the experiences from the operation mechanisms of specific platforms under continuous operation status. This paper studies the operation mechanisms of the platforms from multiple specific aspects, based on the in-depth investigation data of platforms including the crowdsourcing of scientific research fund and innovation. Also, the operation problems are considered through classified discussion. Finally, the experiences of sustainable development of platforms are summarized, providing the references for the concrete construction practice of research crowdsourcing platform in China.
