深化国际科技合作,是深入实施国家创新驱动发展战略的重要方式。通过对“十二五”期间江苏省常州市国际科技合作项目等情况的调查,分析了地级市国际科技合作现状与存在问题,在此基础上,提出地方国际科技合作能力提升的建议和对策。

Deepening international science and technology cooperation is an important way to further implement the national innovation-driven development strategy. Through the investigation of international scientific and technological cooperation projects in Changzhou City of Jiangsu Province during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of international scientific and technological cooperation in prefecture-level cities. On this basis, some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward on capacity improvement for local international scientific and technological cooperation.
