基于创新驱动的辽宁经济转型升级的影响因素分析

Analysis on factor of Innovation-driven base Liaoning economy transformation

摘要:

近年来,辽宁经济发展水平不断提高,并取得了一定的成绩。与此同时,随着产业结构调整和经济增长方式的转变,辽宁的经济发展水平与其他先进地区相比还存在一定的差距。具体表现在辽宁经济转型升级效果并不明显,仍然还存在着以前的“高污染、高消耗、低产出、低附加值”的生产模式。课题在研究过程中基于创新驱动发展理论,采用定量和定性分析相结合的方法,对经济转型升级影响因素构建模型并运用AHP法进行权重分析,实证分析了辽宁经济转型升级的影响因素,在此基础上提出了加快辽宁经济转型升级的对策建议。

Abstract:

In recent years, the level of Liaoning economic development has been raised, and made certain achievements. In the meantime, with the industrial structure adjustment and economic growth mode change, the level of Liaoning economic development still has certain gap with other developed areas,which shows:the effect of the transformation and upgrading of Liaoning economy is not obvious, the production mode still exists. During the study progress, based on innovation-driven development theory, the paper uses quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, constructing a model for factors of economic transformation and upgrading,using AHP method to do weightiness analysis,which analyzes factors of Liaoning economic transformation and upgrading.Further puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of Liaoning economy.
