探讨科技企业的组织情绪能力对其创新的影响是一个具有重要意义的新兴主题。本文以我国汽车制造企业员工为例,通过400余份配对问卷调查表明,转换型领导以组织情绪能力为中介对研发员工创新产生正向影响,集体主义导向在转换型领导对组织情绪能力的作用中扮演调节角色。即:当集体主义导向较高时,转换型领导对组织情绪能力的作用越强。本研究有助于增进对中国企业背景下组织情绪能力作用的理解,同时也是对个体创新研究的有益补充。

To explore science and technology enterprise"s organization emotion capability influence on its innovation is an important theoretical and practical significance of the emerging themes. Based on China"s automobile manufacturing enterprise engaged in technology innovation research and development of employees, by using of more than 400 copies of questionnaires show that the organizational emotional capability partly mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and r d staff innovation; the collectivism orientation in the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational emotional capability plays a moderating role. Namely: when collectivism orientation is higher, the role of transformational leadership on organizational emotional capability stronger, and can further promote the r d staff innovation. This study will help on the one hand to enhance Chinese enterprises under the background of organization emotional understanding of the role of innovation ability, is also a beneficial supplement for individual innovation research.
