北京科技服务业的发展现状与比较研究

The Current Development Situation and Comparative Research of Beijing Science Technology Service Industry

本文根据前人的相关研究，首先界定了科技服务业的内涵与外延，然后以北京市为例对科技服务业的发展现状进行梳理，发现北京科技服务业在第三产业中的占比已超1/2，对国民经济的贡献越来越大，行业发展形势向好，但存在行业内部发展不均衡、劳动力短缺、产业发展效率低等问题。运用因子分析法，对国内省市的科技服务业发展水平进行评价，结合北京科技服务业与发达国家的对比分析，为北京科技服务业的发展提供了相应的发展路径。

Abstract:

Based on the previous studies, this paper firstly defines the connotation and denotation of science and technology service industry, and then takes Beijing as an example, and summarizes the current situation of science and technology service industry. It is found that the science and technology service industry in Beijing has accounted for more than 50% in its tertiary industry. Moreover, it takes a greater contribution to national economy. Therefore, it has a great development prospect. However, there are still some problems like imbalanced internal industry development, labor shortage, the low efficiency of industry development. So this paper provides the corresponding development paths for the development of Beijing science and technology service industry which depends on the factor analysis method to evaluate the development level of domestic provinces and contrastive analysis between Beijing and international cities.
