A review of the Literature on Multi-agent Participation in Open Innovation

摘要:

多主体参与已经成为现代经济环境下企业创新活动的基本特征。本文在回顾开放式创新内涵与特征及其与绩效关系的基础上，从多个主体的参与内涵、参与角色以及与服务创新绩效的关系等方面对现有相关研究进行回顾，指出现有研究不足和未来研究展望，为我国开放式创新视角下多主体参与相关研究提供理论依据。

Abstract:

Multi-agent participation has become the basic characteristics of enterprise innovation activities in modern economic environment. First of all, this article reviews the connotation and characteristics of open innovation, and its relationship with performance. Secondly, this paper reviews the existing research from the aspects of connotation, role and service innovation performance of multi-agents. and finally points out the lack of existing research and the possible directions for future research so that it can provide theoretical basis for multi-agent participation research in China’s open innovation perspective.
